Scholaro started by watching how much time a single school's front office lost to spreadsheets and paper registers — and building the system we wished they'd had, for CBSE, ICSE and State Board schools first.

Why we exist

Every Indian school runs on registers, spreadsheets and phone calls

We built Scholaro around how Indian schools actually run — CBSE, ICSE and State Board terms, GST-ready fee receipts, UPI payments, Hindi and English portals. As we've worked with schools outside India, we've kept the same depth for them too — currency, calendar and language are settings, not a separate product.
